Young Leaders Political Action Committee is currently seeking governors in Districts 2, 3, and 4.
If you are interested in becoming a leader within your community and being a voice for the students of California, please consider applying to run for Governor.
Applications must be returned by 5 p.m., Tuesday, October 10, 2023. Voting will take place online beginning on Sunday, October 15, 2023. Voting will close on Wednesday, October 18th, 2023. Each candidate will have the opportunity to add any campaign materials before ballots are released. You may decide to attach a video pitch, audio advertisement, infographics, letters of recommendation, independent advertisements, photos of yourself, and/or your contact info should voters have any questions for you before casting their vote. This is all completely optional. The Young Leaders Political Action Committee will automatically insert your pitch written in part two of the application into your respective folder, as well as any letters of recommendation from sitting YLPAC officeholders, should you earn any. It is your responsibility to contact us with any other materials you may have, so we can add them to your folder. You may add materials as late as the day you submit your application. Be creative!
